You have to upload the protein sequence (in fasta format).

1. When writing the protein sequence into the text area, make sure to consult the 'Sample Sequence File'.
2. The sequence should not be less than 50 or greater than or equal to 1000 amino acids long.
3. The sequence should not contain amino acids other than the 20 naturally occuring amino acids.

The prediction can take a few minutes. Including the multi-functional functionality will further increase the time taken.
